Order flow
1. Fabric selection and store reservation
Please select your desired fabric and enter your desired date and time in the "Visit Reservation Application Form".
After confirming your order, a representative will contact you regarding your arrival date and time.
2. Visit us and take measurements

3.Product delivery
It will be completed approximately 5 to 6 weeks after measurements are taken. (Varies depending on store and product.)
You can choose from in-store pick-up or delivery. Details of the delivery date will be given to you at the time of measurement.
*All prices above include upcharge for House Style of Isetan Mitsukoshi (5 styles in the photo).
